Is it possible to authorize a non - member person to purchase royale products?
​Yes, you just need to bring this ff. requirements
- Authorization Letter addressed to the Branch Manager
(include the products you need to purchase on the letter)
- 2 Valid IDs photocopy of the Authorizing Person with Photo & Signature; 3 Specimen Signature
- 1 Valid ID photocopy of the Authorized Person with Photo & Signature; 3 Specimen Signature

How long will it take to process a Royale ID?
Generally, it takes from 1 to 2 weeks. You will receive a text message once the ID is available for claiming.

​What do we need to bring to claim our cheques?
​You just need to present your 2 Valid ID's. Please see OFFICIAL LIST OF ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION CARDS.
